“Beautiful grounds, good breakfast, helpful front staff. Hotel location great, very close to a bunch of great restaurants and central, but still offers such a nice and peaceful get away from the hustle of the city . Would love to stay again. ”

“The property was kept clean and tidy and there were so many great spots to enjoy the views and always with a great ambiance. The direct access to the ocean for swimming and snorkelling was one of our favourite parts. ”

“A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. Our room was very large with a terrific shower. I loved their optional pillow selection as well. The cleaning staff folded our clothes too daily. A nice touch. There are plenty of great restaurants……

“Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Man sollte allerdings eine lange Hose tragen,da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang keine Fernsehverbindung und auch kein WiFi auf dem Zimmer was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Auch ein mehrmaliges Auffordern hat nichts gebracht. Am Ende des Urlaubes hat man sich mit einem Pikolo entschuldigt.”

“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles……

“Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel, avec un personnel formidable et aux petits soins. Les équipements sont tout ce qu’on attend de ce type d’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Le Rooftop avec la piscine offre un plus non négligeable. Ce fut un déchirement au départ de l’hôtel…”

“Loved the location, cleanliness and vibe of the hotel with fantastic pools and all staff were great. Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location.”
