“We stayed in this Appart hotel for 1 week. I must recognise personnel is very friendly , especially Helder who was helpful and prompt in our requests of support. Pool downstairs is nice and calm. Buffet at dinner is of high quality. The only drawback from our point of view is the kitchen having only one cooker and not many stoves, cutleries and pans for anything more than just a small and quick breakfast.”

“Front desk and cleaning staff were good to deal with and they did give us a welcome gift, which was nice, but the suite itself was a bit dirty when we arrived (stains on the carpet, dirt on the carpet, glassware looked dirty, stains on the bedding, etc.) — at least aesthetically— and the locations is quite loud. The locals festivities and World Cup fan zone watch events on the corner kept us up until the early AM so definitely bring earplugs or don’t come here at all if you can’t sleep with……

“Super séjour à Madère ! L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre est grande et nous avons été super bien accueilli par Victor qui petit + parlait français !
