“Located in downtown wellsboro within walking distance to shoppes and restaurants, this hotel is a throwback in a good way. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The lobby and rooms were clean and functional with modern amenities, but had the feel of another era, giving me a taste of what life might have been like in another time. Breakfast was good also, my kids loved the chocolate raspberry muffins.”

“Loved this place! That said, the "entry" is through the back of the building parking lot, up what appears to be an old fire escape, passing by the restaurant vent fan, on the way up to the second floor. All i kept thinking was, Im in deep trouble now (wife cursing and swearing under her breath). The unmarked door opens to a civilized hallway and closes securely behind you. The room, which is more like a suite, is wonderful! It has a separate bedroom and living room, with a fireplace. The view...
