“The apartment was clean & comfortable.We were there when the weather was somewhat chilly (40 degrees F overnight) and the gas fireplace was able to heat the entire apartment, including the bedroom (a space heater was provided but not needed.) The kitchen was somewhat small (no oven) but enough equipment was provided to fix a simplemeal. “We so much enjoyed our two night's stay at Rainey and Jeff's campground and can't wait to return. “Cindy is a really wonderful host and was so helpful. Even before we arrived she contacted me to make sure I could find the property. She even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy a long with many excellent restaurant and winery recommendations. The home itself is very cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. Fireplace is warm. Kitchen is large with all the cookware needed. Walmart is 5 minutes away for any supplies. Watkins Glen hike was made so much better by staying here. Highly recommended.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there, which made everything feel extra magical.
