The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is part of a public house which is huge with loads of outdoor space with seating and a kids well equipped play area. We ordered an evening meal which was delicious and despite it being extremely busy our meals were delivered promptly. Breakfast was an extra cost but worth it if you like a large meal but probably not worth the price if you just wanted cereals and toast, having said that the breakfast menu offered a good selection. The room was very basic but clean and had everything we needed for a short stay, the only gripe we had was that there was no hot water when we got up so due to a tight schedule we had to make do with a couple of sinks of boiling water from the kettle but I’m sure if we had more time it would have been sorted. The food was very good service very good. The room was nice and clean.
