“Easy check in beds were comfy and everything was clean”

“Check in was super easy and she was so friendly!! You know what they say ... You get what you pay for - Nothing extra special about this room - the hotel was undergoing some exterior renovations ... the room was a little musty - a cabinet door was broken ... Only stayed one night - came in for a concert so it was OK. No reason to complain - I told the girl at the front of the door and she offered to have it fixed immediately - I told her - no bother - we were fine with it but maybe for next……

“I booked with Hyatt ao my husband and I could be close to the action when visiting the Stockyards at Ft. Worth and I am sooo happy we did. The room exceeded my expectations - bed and pillows were super comfy, bathroom was clean, and the area around the hotel was wonderfully maintained. Parking was on site for a fee, but well worth the peice, as I didn't have to worry about my car. Location is right un the middle of the action, so we had plenty to do and see. Loved our stay here!”

“Customer service was great from check in & out, breakfast was great with fresh fruits, i slept si good the mattress & pillows were wonderful. Everything very clear with friendly staff everyone saud hello. We will return.”

“The availability and pricing”

“The air conditioner/heater systen in the room is so old it doesn't have an automatic switch on it. They've spray painted the shower and the paint is peeling. The refrigerator didn't get cold and there was no control knob to adjust it.”

“For the rate we got it, this room was amazing. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The gap under the door was a bit big and a little concerning but the only problem we had was two june bugs getting in. The surrounding area was a bit shady but no one bothered us for our two day stay. We plan on staying again next time we come down, it was a good room for the price we paid and is close to a lot of fun activities. ”
