We arrived at the hotel anxious to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from TCU. My reservation had been made in December so I expected no problems. Imagine my surprise when the front desk agent informed me my check in date was not for two more days. I showed her my confirmation and she told me I would need to call Expedia. I did just that. Expedia called the hotel and she hung up on him and told me there was nothing on her end she would do to help me. She retreated to the back office while I was still asking questions. Once again I contacted Expedia, but this time my husband got involved. Long story shorted, almost an hour and a half later it got worked out.
This hotel’s front desk is absolutely horrible. The breakfast is awful. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The other highlight was the two police cars and the man being questioned in the parking lot. The guy who walked the hallways and elevators cursing was interesting too. If my room was non refundable, we would have left immediately. Never again will I make that mistake.
