“The location was fantastic with great restaurants very close by and easy walks to everything we wanted to see. The room was very comfortable and cozy, and breakfast was great. We really appreciated the parking advice in advance of our arrival as it made our drive into the city much easier. We were able to get to the hotel easily with the shuttle service.”

“This is a great hotel. Still within walking distance to old town. Hotel staff is very warm and friendly. There is even free milk to be provided.”

“The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel. We had never been to……

“10/10 recommend! Communication from the staff through text was extremely helpful with check-in instructions and arranging transportation back to the airport. Located in the heart of the City Center which provided ample shopping and dining options close by.”

“Location ”

“The room was very comfortable and the service was perfect. The only down side that some people should be aware of is that the there is not an elevator to the rooms which are on the top floor. This wasn't an issue for me and I was aware of it prior to checking in but, for some people, it might make a difference. The location is hard to beat being only a block from the old town”
