“This property is a single house with several apartments. Each one has its own bedroom kitchen bathroom. The facilities are very good. It’s a quiet area. But ils location is little away from central town. If you have a car it’s a excellent place. But if you travel by bus or train it is a little far to walk to the station. It’s a self check in place.”

“Overall a great location and nice size apartment. Only issue was on arrival the place was not pre-cooled, and being the penthouse it was very warm in the unit. It took until after sunset for it to begin getting comfortable. Secondly the hot water system was not on, and we did not discover this until morning shower time. Once these issues were addressed, the rest of the stay was nice.”

“Quarto limpo. Cozinha completa. Excelente localização. Faltou nos comunicar sobre o aquecimento da água. Depois que desligamos sem querer o interruptor da agua tivemos que tomar banho frio. Também não fomos informados que não tinha garagem privativa para carro sendo que no site avisava que tinha vaga. ”

“Eu gostei bastante do lugar, é um bairro calmo e tranquilo, tudo da casa estava funcionando, consegui ir a pé para o supermercado e o parque tivoli, o centro fica um pouco mais distante, mais para quem tem mais disposição consegue ir andando também , mas usei mais ônibus e Uber para o centro.O anfitrião é uma pessoas amável e me ajudou bastante com dicas e com o check in , eu estava sem conseguir chegar na casa e ele foi me buscar, sendo extremamente gentil”

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I enjoyed the prime location of the hotel - just steps away from the iconic landmarks and beautiful river as well as the shopping areas. The hotel itself is elegant and grand, and my room is cozy, clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in the relaxing restaurant in the hotel. Staff members offer high hospitality and are dedicated to providing customers with care and help."
