What a wonderful property! The staff were super accommodating and the attention to detail in the rooms were incredible. Would definitely recommend staying here. Make sure to eat at the sea club here!

The property is nothing less than spectacular. The staff are always available and willing to provide assistance. The room we stayed in was incredible. Beautiful view of the sea, an infinity pool of our own… unbelievable. Breakfast every day was delicious. Lots of options, including healthy options, to choose from. We enjoyed two dinners at the seafood restaurant and both were amazing. We had the salt baked Sea Bass and the Roasted Chicken. Service was great as well. Can’t say enough great things about our experience at this exceptional Hotel.

The definition of luxury. Friendly, attentive and professional staff, incredible food, amazing breakfast. And then there is the property itself. Utterly unique blend of rugged and refined with amazing design touches, incredible views and authentic buildings. Perfect.

Gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft gelegen unglaublich geschmackvoll zu einem Hotel umgebaut dadurch dass es nur wenige Zimmer gibt ein hohes Maß an Privatssphäre der Infinity Pool ist wunderschön die Suite geschmackvoll Jedoch den Anlagen geschuldet etwas düster und muffig Das Empfangspersonal war sehr kompetent und freundlich das Personal im Restaurant oberhalb der Klippen und in der Bar erstaunlich desinteressiert.

진정한 유럽 황제같은 경험, 돈 버는 이유를 알게해주는 곳.

리조트 같이 엄청 크고 호텔내에서 카트를 타고 구경도할수있는..황제 같은 경험을 할 수 있는 곳! 프라이빗 비치, 수영장, 스파 이용가능하고 자전거 타고 호텔 안을 산책할 수도있는 천국..! 근데 화장실 샤워실 바닥에 물때는 조금 있긴해서 약간 아쉬웠음ㅎㅎ 워낙크고 자연경관과 어우러진 단독별채라그런지 장수풍뎅이 같은 벌레는 야외에 좀있음.. 객실내에는 없었지만 벌레에 민감하다면 약간좀그럴수 는 있다. 나도 벌레 엄청 무서워하는데.. 그걸 다 잊을만큼 최고의서 비스와 뷰, 분위기, 천국 경험을 할수있다

Tolle anlage, muffige Zimmer

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Leider war unser Zimmer (Suite!!!) mit einem kleinen Fenster sehr dunkel. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer war durch das ca. 200 Jahre alte Gemäuer sehr hoch. Bei dieser Kategorie (Wächter Suiten mit Meerblick) kann man vom Zimmer aus nicht auf das Meer sehen. Dazu muss man aus dem Zimmer heraus gehen und auf das Dach des Bunkers steigen in welchem das Zimmer liegt. Dadurch leider enttäuschend.

hôtel magnifique sans piscine chauffée!

très bel hôtel mais un rapport qualité prix qui n'est pas acceptable en l'absence d'une piscine chauffée. Se baigner dans une eau à 14 degrés est impossible et payer un tarif de 5 étoiles sans pouvoir bénéficier de cet équipement alors que tous les hôtels de l'ïle même les plus modestes ont une piscine chauffée est incompréhensible, d'autant qu'il n'est pas possible de se baigner dans la mer avant le mois de juin. une absence d'attention vis-à-vis des clients qui est par ailleurs dommageable (pas de fruits dans les chambres par exemple, un service du soir minimaliste qui offre une tisane...), qui montre une certaine absence de management de l'hôtel et qui n'est pas lié au personnel par ailleurs charmant. la restauration est hors de prix.

Disappointment with a great view. I want to first mention so this make sense why I’m upset. We have the double terrace room which i spent $5000 a night to stay at. Check in was nothing special at all no one sat down with us just handed us a form to fill out… after sitting there for 10 mins we got a welcome drink which( ice tea) We had a nice gentleman who gave us a tour of the property recommended since we have the best suite we should enjoy our dinner in our suite and watch the sun set and get dinner from the restaurant on property … once we called to organize this they told us we can only get the all day menu on room service menu which wasn’t very “romantic “ so we ended up going to restaurant for dinner i made it very clear of my food allergy!! And on menu didn’t show zucchini on the dish we ordered… after taken couple bites i noticed was zucchini bites in our pasta … i told staff and manager and they did absolutely nothing or even care I’m in completely shocked how they handled this We had to pay our meal which is fine but we had leave right away to go to the closet pharmacy to go get me medicine The over all service is sadly so disappointing here in general for the amount of money people are spending . Even at the pool the service is terrible there is one staff member working overall terrible service in the hotel completely not helpful at all. Resort is beautiful with an amazing view but that’s about it I would not come back.

STUNNING!!!!! Please opt for a room with rooftop patio, it’s so beautiful. We had daily breakfast on the Rooftop patio. The food and service is top notch. Everything is classy and opulent even down to their chinaware.. its just so beautiful. Their spa is hands down one of the most beautiful in the WORLD. Their spa pool is picturesque heaven. We had a superb stay and only wished we extended a longer trip.

Super quality hotel!

How can I have doubt to this hotel? The greatest hotel I have ever stayed. Not only this hotel`s interior and room quality make this hotel great. Staff members are all well-trained and nice. They`re always ready to help us. Next time I go to Mallorca, I am gonna choose this hotel again.
