“I originally thought it would be a guesthouse quality in terms of cleanliness, but turned out it’s even cleaner than a hotel especially the bathroom. Everything looks new in the bathroom with a lot of towels available and the shower gel, shampoo etc. Reception is very nice and location is near bus stops where you can get to Edinburgh centre quite easily.”

“Maison individuelle très confortable dans le magnifique parc du château. Cuisine très bien équipée, mais pas de produits de base : huile, sel, etc.... Machine à laver le linge. Tennis et piscine couverte et chauffée sur place, très sympa. On a pu faire une ballade à cheval.”

“Wifi signal was very poor in our room so essentially unusable. The heating was full on even though it was unnecessary and there was no way to control it so we had to open a window: one was painted shut and the other one wouldn’t stay open. The restaurant was mediocre. ”

“很有历史的一家酒店，也是入住后看餐厅里的资料才知道还有个鬼屋传说。闹鬼的马厩已经改装成大厅，还可以承接婚礼。周围是农场，很美，但是没有什么可转的地方。住宿的价格是非常实惠了，但是餐厅不便宜。菜做得很像样，进餐前在酒吧尝了杯scotch，好喝。”

“Although our De-lux room was a bit dark and unwelcoming; it was well appointed and adjacent to residents seaview lounge area. However; top marks to both Expedia & Bay Hotel for their speedy and very reasonable consideration ie refund- due to health issue resulting in early return home.”
