Booking Information
When sending an inquiry or booking request, please provide details about yourself and your group, including your purpose of visit. A fully refundable £800 damage deposit is required to cover potential damage, loss of keys, or rule violations. The maximum number of guests, including children and infants, is 5.
Property Details
This ground-floor apartment features a flexible living/dining/home office area with a sofa and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave/oven, toaster, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. A clothes washer, iron, vacuum, mop, and drying rack are also provided.
The first bedroom faces the street with a double bed, while the second bedroom overlooks the courtyard with another double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms have high-quality mattresses, linens, and towels. There is one en-suite bathroom and one hallway bathroom, both with showers, sinks, toilets, and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. It is heated throughout the winter (no air conditioning, but portable fans are available).
Important Information:
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM; late check-in fees may apply after 7:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- £800 damage deposit required before arrival
- Non-smoking property, pets allowed (fees apply)
- Not suitable for parties, events, or photoshoots; max occupancy 5 people
- The main booker must be at least 25 years old, and unaccompanied minors are not allowed
- Noise monitoring device installed for security and peace of mind (not in sleeping areas or bathrooms)
- Smoking inside or in front of the property is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged the damage deposit.
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provide for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
*Management may occasionally need access to the property for maintenance, inspections, or viewings. This will always be arranged with prior notice between 8:00 and 19:00, except in the rare case of an emergency requiring immediate attention.
*Property may differ slightly from photos due to updates or rearrangements.

ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.
Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to £800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: £50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; £90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: £120.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of £200 for keys and £300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
