“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in London und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – die U-Bahn-Station ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wodurch sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons bequem erkunden lassen. Beim Check-in sowie mit dem WLAN gab es zunächst kleinere Schwierigkeiten. Der Gastgeber hat jedoch sehr schnell reagiert……

“Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,……

“The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful, ideal for a short break. Good shops and cafe's nearby. Thankfully fans were provided.”

“This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend”

“Bob W is an example of a company that has introduced AI without concern for its customers. The check is process creates friction (ie it is time consuming) versus other hotels of a similar price range. Check out the same. It can be ok if nothing goes wrong. But for example when I checked out of my hotel and realized I had left my water bottle in the fridge — there are no on site staff to quickly resolve the problem. I probably lost 1 hour of my time on the Bob W. I strongly avoid actors that……

“The location is excellent. The host was extremely responsive. We got a unit next to the front door of the building. There were occasional front door slamming sounds but bearable. That was the only minor point.”
