“everything was so nice! i felt so safe and cozy as a solo traveler here. i wish there were fridges but did just fine without one! they had little snacks in a vending machine, tea/hot drinks 24/7, and a lovely staff. location was super convenient and i felt right at home! i will be staying here next time i’m in town. thank you all!”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.”

“The hotel is located near the underground (Central and Circle line) so it is pretty easy to get to the attractions in the city, and is 15-minute from Paddington station by foot. There is a small park next to the hotel, and my room was faced the park. In terms of the room, it is very clean and warm, but is very tiny. If you have a large suitcase, it is hard to open it. Anyway, the price is quite reasonable for the hotel at the heart of London.”

“非常的失望！！！房间内空间太小，酒店还摆放许多东西占掉客人放衣服化妆品和箱子的地方。晚上可听见隔壁说话声、早上被对门送饭声吵醒。晚上出入酒店无人看管，让我们很不放心感觉不安全。对附近餐馆都不熟悉，每次询问总是要很久才找出一家。完全不像是一家被评价如此高的“小豪华酒店”。不会再去住了，同时对网上的评价，也起到了一定的怀疑！”
