Beds were comfortable as noted in other reviews. Amenities were sparse in a small room. Would have liked a smart TV more than a wine reception for which I was charged without notice.

The hotel staff Barbara & Rodrigo & everyone else were very helpful . You can walk to a few restaurants & the area where the hotel is situated is very safe. The hotel is quiet at night so you can rest peacefully.

The hotel looked way better and much more modern in the pictures they posted, but it's actually really old. The carpets definitely need to be replaced because they are extremely dirty. I think the hotel needs a complete renovation because it's just an old hotel, and it doesn't look like that in the photos at all. Honestly, I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to this hotel the most, but I was just really disappointed.

There is zero air circulation in the room we stayed in. The CO2 levels shot up within an hour and were at dangerous levels the entire time. The windows don’t open and the air conditioner just recycles the air in the room. There is no desk to work on. The room and bathroom are very small. Architecture in courtyard is nice.
