I like that the rooms are clean NO ROACHES room lighting is good , there are sockets beside the bed to plug in your phone. The Papa is respectful and kind to the customers.

Liked: Staff & service
I reserved a non smoke room & was given a smoked room & smelled nasty. I actually got marinated overnight…the sheets had cigarette burns.
Bath towels looked dirty.
The bathroom was small which was ok but there was small roaches. Ac worked great..they have a nice big tv. If you like that ,then book ! 😵
I paid in full via Expedia. I go to check in (late check in) and i am told no more rooms. I said i have a reservation, and i am told no more rooms. Basically he did not care that i had a reservation. Tells me to get a refund from Expedia. Mind, this is 10pm already, so where am i supposed to go? Booked a different spot, and the last minute charges were not kind.
terrible hotel. do not stay here we walked into the hotel and it smelled like straight cigarette there was cigarette ash in the bathroom. our toilet didn’t even flush. and the worst part was the bed there was stains all over the comforter and on the sheets the pillow cases were dirty. everything about this hotel is horrible. the staff was rude as well our room key wasn’t working when we got back and he came out the office and looked at us if we were dumb. please save your time and money do not book this hotel.

I do not whose fault it was, Expedia's or Pine Tree Inn's, but when I arrived, the Indian manager told me there were no rooms available. The Inn was of 2 star caliber and the manager hid behind a thick glass window with a hole at the bottom to exchange money. I could not see him and I could barely hear anything he said.
