The room had cigarette smell burns all over it and the floor was dirty. The bed sheets also had stains on them. I had to buy myself a blanket and pillow cases just to feel clean in the room. The bathtub had a ripped up floor and the toilet was dirty too. Also the fire alarm was wrapped in plastic.

I do not whose fault it was, Expedia's or Pine Tree Inn's, but when I arrived, the Indian manager told me there were no rooms available. The Inn was of 2 star caliber and the manager hid behind a thick glass window with a hole at the bottom to exchange money. I could not see him and I could barely hear anything he said.

I paid in full via Expedia. I go to check in (late check in) and i am told no more rooms. I said i have a reservation, and i am told no more rooms. Basically he did not care that i had a reservation. Tells me to get a refund from Expedia. Mind, this is 10pm already, so where am i supposed to go? Booked a different spot, and the last minute charges were not kind.
