"I cannot explain how lovely most of the staff at this hotel are. It is so important and makes such a difference. Paula in the main restaurant was outstanding, as was Javier the lifeguard. It is \~25 minutes from the airport and easy to get to which is lovely after a 4 hour flight. The renovations are stunning. The quality of the beds, the bar furniture, fixtures and fittings is really evident. All inclusive drinks and food - outstanding. There was even à la carte ‘snack bar’ restaurant food between 12-6 which was wonderful. I don’t often consider returning to the same place, but if I were to go back to Tenerife, I would seriously think about it. Don’t hesitate to book. "
