“Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. “Wij hebben als gezin (ouders + 2 kinderen van 17 en 14) 11 nachten verbleven in dit appartement. Sommige onderdelen zijn aan een opknapbeurt toe maar dit stoort ons niet. In het algemeen hebben we een prima verblijf gehad en met name veel gebruik gemaakt van het fijne dakterras en het rustige zwembad. Vanuit deze locatie is heel Tenerife goed te bereiken.”

We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”
