“This was such a wonderfully comfortable, roomy guest apartment! Loved the decor, amenities were abundant and well thought out. Roomy shower, stocked kitchen and super linens on the bed. The flower garden area is so welcoming, and jasmine in bloom. We were very very happy with this “find” for a weekend of attractions and a concert , all nearby and accessible . Owner’s excellent communication was a plus, and eatery recommendations were exactly what we craved. Would stay again for sure!”

“The property and location were great for ours needs. It met our expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment, and we had friends staying in the 2 bedroom house on the property. I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. The owner and family were very nice and accomodating, but i assumed the property was for our use only during the rental.I would consider renting again when in the……

“GPS directions slightly off but host quickly responded. The host stated he has tried to remedy that but could still be an issue. Amenities were great, bed was comfortable and nice towels. Quite neighborhood and would stay there again or recommend to others.”

“This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice interior with the location being 10 minute rideshare to all the attractions including stadium, Ybor, Soho, etc. Easy check in with great communication before and during stay. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great peaceful stay with clean pool area space, useful kitchen and bedroom. The coffee maker needed cleaning, grounds were forgotten but the space itself was clean and comfortable, thank you! Great fridge/freezer, oven everything worked great. We loved the location, 10 minutes from the beach and central to lots of other towns.”

“The Acorn cottage is a cute (very small) space that has everything one or two people would need for a short getaway. It’s clean and comfortable and the courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a nice place to sit and relax. It’s close to great food and fun in Tarpon Springs and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The only downside is that it’s located next to city hall and there is currently construction going on at city hall so it’s noisy on weekdays, but that’s not a problem if you don’t……

“It was a real nice stay.There is not a stove.The bath house was farther away from the camper than we thought that it would be. If it is very cool outside,you won’t want to use the outside shower . Miss Judi was a great host. We enjoyed the time that we talked to her.Her place is very pretty.”

“We stayed here from Tuesday to Sunday and had a great time. Mr. Nelson was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. My SO worked during the week and was able to set up to work remotely with no problems. We will be booking a stay here again.”

“Perfect stay for my son and I. Visiting the University of South Florida. Location was perfect. Close and in a very secluded and quite neighborhood. Camper was exactly as described by the owner. And many little "extras" that helped to make a big difference. A dozen "fresh from their hens" eggs and incredibly comfortable sleep number beds to name a couple. Would definitely stay in this camper again when visiting USF.”
