"The microwave in my room didn’t work properly. Only two buttons worked . The room keys stopped working day 2. The tv was hung crooked. And the sheets were stained . But the staff was lovely and super helpful the entire time !"

"The staff was gray, very helpful. The room was not really clean especially the bathroom. There were chunks of soap and some trash on the bathroom floor. The hotel doesn’t seem to be up to date."

"The hotel looks good and was clean. The staff were friendly enough. The elevator was quick and always ready. The bed was not comfortable neither were the sheets. Unfortunately most of the plugs did not work and that did not help for three adults with lots of gadgets. The shower pressure and temp are good. The shower floor did not appear clean due to stains. Good part is it’s not too far from Raymond James Stadium even if you don’t take the highway. I would stay again if needed."
