“pros:looks new. clean and mordern. staff is helpful. close to old town and everything while away from the noises. bed is comfortable cons: while i appreciate free coffee and bottled water in the lobby, it would be perfect to have kettle and fridge in-room. toilet ground is wet after shower because there is leakage from the shower cubicle. ”

We often had to ask for basic things like tea/coffee or drinking water because they weren't replaced automatically. It would have been much better if these things were checked more carefully and replenished during the daily room service. The biggest disappointment for us was the breakfast.
