“The staff was superb; extremely friendly and helpful. Hardworking troopers during hard times, considering that most have family members fighting in the war. Under different circumstances, I would have stayed longer. I am sure this area will be overrun with tourists, once Ukraine wins!”

“Really classy place in one of the best areas of Lviv. There’s a great rooftop terrace, and the restaurant is good. Walkable, safe, clean, and a heck of a value for the money. ALL staff were so friendly and welcoming I’ll be staying here on my next visit! ”

“This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working. ”

“Resturant doesnt open for breakfast until 10 am. Staff have no interest in the guests at all except for one young lady. Will not book here again, lots of other places that are better value in Lviv.”
