“really enjoyed the hotel. Nice interior, and the room had everything needed for comfort and convenience- towels, robes, slippers, a kettle and coffee maker, a fridge. Good toiletries and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with lovely bedding. I especially loved the high ceilings. The room was warm and cosy. Delicious breakfast, one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had, with Ukrainian dishes like syrniki and pancakes, fish. Very fresh and tasty. The service was pleasant; the reception staff……

“This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working. ”
