"La prestation est conforme à la description. Nous avons toutefois eu un soucis avec des insectes, il a fallu lourdement insister pour trouver une solution. Au vue du standing je ne trouve pas cela correcte. Un restaurant toujours ouvert, les deux autres sont pour le soir et il faut réserver très rapidement, 72H à l'avance sinon c'est complet. Idem pour les navettes pour Marrakech il faut réserver rapidement, le bus est souvent complet. Personnel, nourriture, service au top."

"Gramtahouse Villa Hotel is possible the BEST Hotel in Marrakech. The Rooms are all beautiful & magnificent. Very clear and spotless throughout. "

"Very rude and unprofessional staff. The AC wasn’t functioning well and most of the time the room was very hot. Room service is very late and not to the standard of the price paid. Misunderstood the booking days and made me pay for an extra night while at checkin I gave them the dates I was supply to stay, when I told them they need to fix it they argued about the new price and when asked for the authorities they wouldn’t call the police and physically blocked me from leaving the premises to call the police. They held my suitcases and passport in my room and did not inform me that I was supposed to checkout on the 19th until I returned from my day out. Overall customer service is very poor and unprofessional, there is no customer satisfaction not the price paid is worth the amenities. Paid similar price at the ritz and had the best ever experience and service. This shows how the hospitality in French managed hotels in Morocco and the customer service in general still lacking and the bureau of tourism should be aware of these issues. I would not recommend this facility to anyone else in the future."

"Good quality hotel, nice facilities for families and good food. A little way out from the medina but just about walkable. Or a short taxi ride. M Street next door has some good eating options if you want to stay close to the hotel and save some money."

"Excellent location next to Palais de Congres. Restaurants onsite were excellent but no real options within walking distance if you’d like to eat out. Taxi to Guliez is reasonable and numerous, and there’s lots of options there. Likewise to Jemaa el-Fna square and other tourist sites. 10min to MAK airport"
