“L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées auprès du service clientèle, rien n’a réellement été pris en compte. Seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, qui ont été adorables et professionnelles. En revanche, le reste du personnel s’est montré peu aimable, peu attentif et parfois désagréable. Une expérience globalement décevante.”

“If you want to escape the madness of Medina, then Les Deux Tours is the perfect escape. Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles. Our junior suite had its own court yard which was perfect for morning coffees and cards. There were plenty of places to eat, drink and the pool was perfect for chilling at. The……

“We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. You're greeted at the gate, bags carried for you! They learn your names and room number pretty quickly so don't need to keep checking when you're booking a taxi or booking dinner etc. All the staff are so lovely. Breakfast by the pool each morning is great. Fresh fruit, eggs how you want them etc. Special shout out to Youseff who is so smiley and friendly. The staff here really are so ready to help you or offer you something before you need to ask.……

“Lovely property in good location. Large room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast fresh every morning. Our only complaint was the noise. Do not accept room 11 if you are a light sleeper. It is above the kitchen so noisy in the morning. It is also above a motorcycle repair shop which was open until midnight most nights, and there was a lot of traffic noise. We asked to be moved as we were there 8 nights but hotel would not accommodate, even though new people were coming every few……
