“We had a little trouble finding the hotel, with GPS. It is an excellent location, though, and very nice facility. The beds very comfortable, rooms very modern and appealing. The breakfast area could have been cleaner, tables wiped, floor. The pool area, specifically the hot tub, was overcrowded (apparently a birthday party), with people not wearing proper swim attire. Very noisy. But I did manage to get a few laps in. Overall a very nice stay; I would certainly those this hotel again.”

“Loved the back deck! That was actually my main reason for choosing this place. :) The furniture out there was comfy, and the ceiling fan kept bugs away. Had the good fortune of being out there during a thunderstorm at one point. The proximity to Charleston is great — took about 15 minutes to get to Capitol Market. “We always stay at the Best Western when we come to visit our home town which is quite often and it’s always so clean and the staff is also very friendly to us any time and go out of there way to help us in any way they can I would definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try! Also the beds are super comfortable you will sleep like you are in your own bed! That’s a plus right there!!! It’s also the cheapest too! ”

“There were 8 adults and 2 children (5,10). There was plenty of room for everyone. The deck was awesome, though pretty chilly at night. The half bath accessed from the deck was convenient. There was a pleasant mix of modern and antique. The kitchen was fabulous (the large sinks definitely a plus!). For trail riders, it was a bit luxurious, but not so we were uncomfortable.
