“This condo is located in an amazing location very near the campus. We walked to northgate and the game. It is very safe. The place was extremely clean. I love the extra touches they include like plenty of hand towels, soap, shampoo etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only knock on the place is I wish there was a normal sized garbage can in the kitchen area. ”

“We really appreciated that this property was pet-friendly and accommodating — it made our stay much easier. The space was comfortable and met our needs. Excellent communication with host! Really enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine. We were within walking distance of Northgate which was very convenient after our daughter’s ring dunk celebration. ”

“The rental was as easy as we could have ever dreamed. The unit was newly remodeled so it was pristine. The location was private and quiet, very nice. The Game Day touch of three TV's made the wait for TAMU's night game fly by! We will stay here again. A coffee pot would have been the icing on the cake, but the "pod" maker was a hit. Bring your own coffee, and condiments!! Great place!! Rick & Deena”
