“There is no staff on site so you have to text or call while standing beside a busy highway to get your room number and an access code. The room is clean and has modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. However, the room was freezing cold but there is no thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. There are virtually no amenities provided - no facial tissue, no bedside lamps, one bath towel (I had to ask for more), a tiny bar of Chinese soap and that’s about it. The rod to hang clothing……
