“The attitude of the staff and also the cleanliness was not good. The place needs to be updated and some things such as towels changed to new ones.”

“I am a frequent traveler to Northern Ontario”Muskokas” and allthough the front desk staff at checkin was lovely. Our sheets and room was dirty and the beds were old ans extremely soft(years of wear and tare I imagine” The TVs were old and no smart capabilty was available. The on line booking said continental breakfast but whwn I inquired I was advised they no longer offer that service. Coffee was cold and not enjoyable. I was advised they have been swamped with checkouts and did not have time……

“I had previously booked a room at another hotel it was a very horrific experience so I was nervous and it was a very last minute decision to go to Howard Johnson Inn , however when I arrived all my anxiety vanished the front desk were very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The cleaning staff whipped up a room for me in no time and everyone was amazing! Great service, clean rooms, wifi and continental breakfast definitely recommend!”
