“The property and location exceeded my family’s expectations. We had space for everyone and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Plus, it is in walking distance of all the great spots in Canal Park and it’s a short walk to downtown. Highly recommend and will stay here again! ”

“I love staying here! Great location and a very cute, quaint space. It certainly was an open floor plan so if you are staying with friends or others, just be aware that you can hear everything that goes on in the house. My only negative feedback is The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable from my perspective.Otherwise it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again!”

“Excellent property! Spacious with everything you need. We loved the location as it was walkable to many of the things we wanted to do. The property also comes with two parking passes for the lot next door that made it easy for us to come and go. Highly recommend!”

“Alicia was very prompt in dealing with the elevator issue at check in. So nice to have space to accommodate all of our family between the two units. Preparing and serving our meals worked extremely well in the nicely equipped kitchen/ dining area. ”

“We have traveled to Duluth often over the past decade or so, and our stay at The Brix was hands-down our very favorite of them all! From the beautiful, well-maintained, and well-stocked apartment to the excellent location and wonderful communication from Tiegen and Keenan, we could not have asked for a better experience.
