“The kids (ages 8, 12 & 19) were first through the front door (of course) and immediately overjoyed with excitement saying “this place is awesome”! The space was so open and welcoming and decorated perfectly to make it homey and relaxing. A home away from home for sure! The backyard was a relaxing enjoyable space and we got so much use out of the pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated, but being that we were visiting from New York in April the kids did not mind one bit and still swam even……

“This home is absolutely beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was very nice and the pool was clean and inviting, just a little cold still. The only thing I would suggest would be to update the master bathroom shower as it does not reflect the quality of the rest of the home. I would also suggest a 12:00 checkout, as 10:00 is way too early. The only problem we did encounter was we opted for the late checkout, but the door code did not update to the new time,……

“The house was great. Kitchen was stocked with plenty dishes , pots , pans. Kids had a blast in the pool. Garage had plenty floats to inflate. With a electric pump as well. Beds were comfortable and clean. House was clean. Plenty portable fans to plug in where you like , if your like me i need air movement to keep cool. Plenty air matreees that we didn't have to use. Plenty of towels. Central Air (AC) worked well and kept the house cool.”

“A lot of space for everyone to have their own room. Great entertainment space out back. Pool is cold.and there was a $150 fee to heat it which was unreasonable particularly as we only learned it the day we were heading there (it takes 48 hours to heat). We got good use out of other amenities and had some friends over who were also on spring break. Its a great place if you like to be self contained!”

“Our college lacrosse team stayed here on our spring break trip. It was very nice and clean with plenty of room for the 25 of us to live there comfortably for a week. The outdoor space was great and we spent a lot of time in the pool and playing pickle ball. It was in a very convenient location and lots of restaurants and activities to do close to the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!”
