The location is great but the breakfast experience was not good, we stayed 2 days and both days the toaster was broken imagine the only bread available was toast and no toaster to toast the bread, also the lady who was working in the breakfast area had her AirPods on and i asked her a question 3 times and was wondering why she doesn’t respond, then she mentioned she can’t hear me because of airpods, also, there was long black hair on the sheet that wasn’t belonged to me.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so the 3rd floor is closed. With that said, we stayed on the newly renovated 4th floor and it was a very comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the Haydon at the front desk was professional and very friendly!!

Location was close to all the places we wanted to visit, shopping, dining etc. Parking was easily accessible, amenities were available, breakfast was the highlight of our morning, a variety of options, and alternatives for those who are lactose intolerant.
