Great location for a couple with dog in a quiet area of Matlock. Convenient park and walking routes from here. Dog friendly. Between two good pubs for food. We have a petrol car and parking in front of cottage was OK, but maybe a big SUV cannot and you need to park around the corner. Comms from owner were good and had no problems checking in and out.

Love, love, loved it. If i could pick it up & take it home i would. Was on my own, with little doggy, after dropping teens off at ynot festival. But felt v safe & Matlock is soooooooo friendly, more chatty than me! So close to town & beautiful park. Easy walk to matlock bath where i spent afternoon with pirates! Cottage had everything & the most comfy bed, I have tiny car & after 5 hr drive the parking space was not gonna beat me. But if need be, plenty parking down side of park. Daughters have told me im driving them bk next year!! Ill hopefully be back

Two great weeks in Matlock

Thanks for the lovely 1 bedroom flat near the main park in Matlock. It was super clean and the host kept in touch when we had questions. The parking space was too small for our rentalSUV but we managed to find street parking each night. We would definitely come back.
The living room with lazy boys chairs!
