“The hotel is new. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and the hotel is somewhat isolated from Texarkana highway noise. It is also a 3 minute drive to several restaurants. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but with constant monitoring by staff, so that the scrambled eggs were fluffly and fresh, the sausage gravy was hot, and so on.”

“The staff was good at helping. But the air in the room didn’t work and we have a big family. So moving is so hard.
The room wasn’t completely cleaned and this was after having to be assigned a new room because the original one wasn’t cleaned yet.
The pool was not heated as advertised. The hot tub was draining.
The elevators didn’t work properly. Took forever to get to us. And then upon leaving the elevators didn’t work. We were on 5th floor with heavy luggage so it was inconvenient.……

“This was, without a doubt, the absolute nastiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. I’m honestly shocked code enforcement hasn't shut this place down yet.
