"Parking was easy. The room was clean and amenities were just enough for a weekend stay. The front staff was nice and helpful. Would stay here again."

"Upon entry I was not greeted with a welcome in to comfort suites, but more of a what do you want attitude. The front desk attendant yelled at a party of kids in the pool at night, that had water all over the floor and elevator. No maintenance dealt with this. I had just finished a 13 hr road trip and was put next to a room with about 10 kids and the volume was real! I asked to be switched into another room, that had roaches. I travel quite a bit and for years. We are a military family and have been everywhere. This place is unacceptable."

"Very helpful staff. I had a problem with my TV and a desk person followed me to my room and fixed it on the spot. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"One night the hot tub was hot, which was good. Another night they had to fix the temp because the hot tub was cold. But they fixed it. The water pressure was low in the bathroom sink, but otherwise, everything else was excellent. Very clean & modern. Bathtub finish was coming off a little bit. Wish there could have been a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, everything else was good! I would stay there again! "
