“Nice staff on Restaurant Quiet place”

“The property is nothing like the pictures. Everything feels cheap, they have a plastic chair, no duvet, soap dispenser are unlabelled bottles of something else, etc. There is no manager on site and they are unresponsive. I booked a City View but manager insisted that a hallway window qualifies as City View. Not sure they understand English. Rooms are most definitely not soundproof and they are on top of a bar. Dogs barking in the backyard late at night. The breakfast is eggs only, nothing……

“Dirty bedding with bed bugs, was told no other rooms available and couldn’t get a refund. Door to balcony barely works. Infested with ants. Hot tub didn’t even get to 36 degrees. This was definitely NOT a VIP place. I’ve stayed at way nicer places for less. ”

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy limpias, las personas que trabajan ahí son súper amables y ayudan con cualquier inquietud que uno tenga. Definitivamente lo super recomiendo. Volveré encantada a hospedarme aquí.”
