“We had a wonderful family vacation at the Black Bass Hotel. The staff were fantastic and we received a very warm welcome. The view and the swimming pool is fantastic and we were also grateful to the staff for helping book a boat tour on the lake. Our skipper Jeremie was amazing too. The spa was also amazing and the therapists offered great treatments (amazing sports massage). We would like to thank the amazing team at the Black Bass Hotel for making our stay so special.”

“Easy check in and our room was as shown on the website. After two other hotel fails in Annecy we were happy with the location and cleanliness. Unfortunately it was an unusually hot day. When we checked in th room was warm and AC was turned off. Once we turned it on it took awhile for the room to cool us down. We went out and when we came back the AC was off and wouldn’t come back on. I went down and was told it was turned off at the main switch because it was using too much. It was turned back……
