“Check-in time is at 4pm. Staff comes in at that time. Breakfast starts at 8am. The staff that is there to check-in and provide service till 8pm was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small as it seems to be geared for the skiers. Good location once you get there. Without a car directions are deceiving and the walk is long with trailing luggage. “Clean, convenient from train station, and had a bonus fun activity within the hotel —bowling! Staff wasn’t overly helpful or friendly, but it was fine. We would stay here again.”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night, but wish we would have stayed longer! When arriving, we were warmly welcomed by Julian, who gave us a small tour and history of the hotel before showing us to our room. “The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski……
