Shared unfenced grounds of 4,000 m² adjoining an orchard, private terrace. Shared pétanque court, swing set, slide, ping-pong table, and badminton court. Ground floor: living room (wood stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with sink, shower room, and separate toilet. 2 mezzanines with glass partitions: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), small bedroom (90x190 cm bed). Amenities included: freezer, TV (foreign channels), DVD player, stereo, complete baby equipment, Wi-Fi (fiber), electric car charging point (extra charge). Included: electric heating, sheets (beds made), and linens. Not included: towels, firewood, tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€65). Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: \- End-of-stay cleaning: €70.04 per stay \- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
