“Lors de ma réservation, j’avais demandé une chambre standard, mais je me suis retrouvé avec une salle de bain dédiée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, ce que je n’avais jamais demandé. De plus, les joints du carrelage étaient en mauvais état. À chaque douche, l’eau s’écoulait partout dans la salle de bain, ce qui m’obligeait à tout nettoyer ensuite.
