A cute cozy apt with great sunlight, comfy, beautiful... You'll love it!  
It is a ¨petit¨apartment with great distribution. The living room has great natural light, a smartTV and a comfy sofa, and a dinning table for 4\.   
Two spacious bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with a queensize bed.  
Fully equipped kitchen, great lighting and size, next to ir you have a washing area with a washing machine. Elevator and a parking for one car.
