Nightmare
First time using Vrbo and will never again.
Check in was late even though I was running late(Check in was 12 pm did not happen till 3:35 pm) grounds around property nasty and trashy. Inside the unit dirty starting with flooring, fridge, utensils, microwave, etc.
Unsafe, window missing glass, ac units dirty
Overall I nightmare, stayed one night because of necessity couldn't get a hotel till next day. I'm trying to get a refund and cant get help from the app
Got pictures of the disaster the place was and can't upload.
DO NOT USE UP OR RENT THIS PROPERTY
