The Space:
This unique futuristic space resides in a fantastic new residential community concept with minimalistic concepts, lounge space, smart design, and creative use of technology. You’ll be connected by a sense of community with a little touch of fun and loads of amenities in a prime spot in downtown Miami.

This 644 sq ft 2-bedroom apartment features:
- a futuristic space-saving design that does not skimp on style or comfort!
- a luminous living room with a comfy sofa that opens to a queen bed flexible sleep space for 2.
- an open kitchen area that’s well-equipped for preparing meals and eating at home. Great when you don’t feel like going out.
- a kitchen/dining table to seat 3 to 4 people comfortably, again, great when you don’t feel like going out. Plus it makes a great laptop workspace too if needed.
- a large window that lets in plenty of natural light through the living area during the day and great city and partial ocean views too.
- 2 separate bedrooms, both with closets and a TV with Google Chromecast, plus the living room couch means the apartment can accommodate 6 as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed, a nice-sized closet, TV & direct access to the balcony!
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Murphy-bed – it comes down off the wall! Plus TV, closet & balcony access.
LIVING ROOM: 1 Queen sofa bed, TV with cable
- one very modern full bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower, some bath essentials, and good lighting, and there is also a half bath in the unit for added convenience.
- a private balcony with some city and some partiall ocean views! It’s great for enjoying a coffee and some fresh air.
- A washer and dryer in the unit for convenience.

The complex operates like a hotel, featuring loads of amenities too like a swimming pool, hot tub, a gym, a restaurant on-site, a coworking space, and a Grab & Go cafe in the lobby. While it maintains an adult atmosphere, there is music, parties, and children are welcome.

There are several parking options around with their own costs, including weekly and monthly parking options.

You’ll be in downtown Miami, a very active and vibrant area. It is just a 4-min walk to Bayside Market, a mile to Brickell City Center Mall in Brickell District, 2.5 miles from Wynwood Arts District, and just 4.8 miles to Miami Beach and South Beach. It’s an ideal place for remote worker needs as well with all the comforts of home.

There are plenty of great restaurants around, but best of all, you have a restaurant and a bar onsite:
- MAZEH serves breakfast, lunch, happy hour & dinner, Sun-Thurs, 7 am-10 pm | Fri & Sat from 7 am to 11 pm.
- FLOAT Bar at Deck 12, at pool level, serves from 11 am to 9 pm daily.
- And there's a GRAB & GO CAFE in the lobby.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located 7.5 miles from the Miami International Airport (MIA). Traffic to and from the airport varies depending on the time of day, so please check an app like Google or Waze to estimate the travel time. You’ll be in a prime location In downtown Miami where you’ll find loads of shopping, cultural sites, and event venues.

Other Things to Note:
The property uses a virtual key to lock & unlock the door from your phone. It's important that you download the app onto your phone before your arrival using the link in the email we'll send once you've booked. The app allows you to activate your digital key with the reference number also provided in that email. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Please note that although there is a hotel operating in the same building, the private residences are located on a separate floor from the hotel. Some amenities, however, are shared with hotel guests.

Valet parking is not available onsite.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. These items are not replenished, when you run out you’ll need to purchase more.

Cooking oil will be provided, but we do not supply food or cooking condiments such as salt, pepper, sugar, or coffee. If you plan to cook during your stay, these items can be easily purchased at a nearby supermarket.

All guests and residents will need to collect towels for the gym and the pool with the pool bar staff. The person picking up the towels will need to provide information on unit # and name and sign off on the towels. Guests may provide an id or digital key in order to confirm this information. All towels must be returned directly to the pool bar staff and sign the log confirming # of towels being returned. Anyone not returning pool towels will be charged $25 per missing towel.

We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee & subject to availability.

The rate for mid-stay cleaning is $115. This service includes fresh linens, refreshing the apartment, trash disposal, and partial amenities restocking.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are security cameras outside the perimeter of the apartment complex.

The building features a shared Wi-Fi network. Each unit has its own password, but the network is still shared among all residents.

The living room is equipped with cable TV. In the bedroom, you'll find a Google Chromecast, which allows guests to mirror their devices to the screen.

Linens are provided for your stay. Each guest included in the reservation will receive a set of towels. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional detergent, as we only supply two detergent pods per stay.

The small private balcony, with a partial ocean and city view, is not suitable for chairs or a table but is large enough to stand and enjoy the view.

Pet Policy:
- Pets are allowed
- ESA are allowed with a doctor's note and are still subject to pet fees.
- Service dogs, as per the policy and procedure outlines, are welcome.
- Any guest coming to the building with any type of animal, must advise the host prior to your check-in date/time as animals may be subject to registration with condo management.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional $70 cleaning fee.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- There's a trashed apartment fee of $100 for deep cleaning if the property is left in bad condition.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.

Apartment Erlebnis Miami

Nachdem wir einen Parkplatz gefunden haben, wurden wir ein ums abdere Msl überrascht. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, ist Klasse ausgestattet!Als der Fernseher erst nicht funktionierte, kam sofort jemand und versuchte sein bestes. Über die Agentur mussten wir letztlich einen Techniker odern der dann erfolgreich war. Am Pool war lediglich der DJ zu laut, wollte wohl dass alle den Bereich verlassen? Dafür war alles andere in bestem Zustand. Das Gym ist wirklich Klasse und kann nur empfohlenen werden. Bei der Lage hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können 5 Minuten zur Bayside, weitere 5 Min. Zur Kaseya Arena. Auch alles andere ist nur wenigen Minuten mit dfm Uber erreichbar! Top Apartment!
