“This house is very nice with lots of room and comfortable beds and furniture. It has everything you need and a beautiful view of the pond. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend!”

“The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. “Our family rented this house for a short 4 night stay to see Cape Cod. It was a good property. Quiet neighborhood. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. The owner was very kind to allow us to keep the pool open and heated for our middle of Oct. trip. Great stay overall. I would recommend bringing your own washcloths. I could not find any at this property. I guess I’m just weird to expect that to be at a property. Not sure. In my opinion this property is a bit dated and overpriced. But……

“We were there for 2 weeks for work in the Bay, departing out of Sandwich. This was a great location for us and very affordable, which is always helpful for a Cape house! We will stay again if we do more work on the Cape :)”

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,……

“Place was nice. Pool was the key selling point for a winter trip. Tv in every room, but I think something was wrong w the xfinity. Only master bedroom worked with Netflix to watch. That was a huge bummer. If it was warmer weather wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. They had lots of things to do for nice weather but wasn’t the time of year. House was over all nice and relaxing.”
