“I had a somewhat disappointing stay at the Best Western in Dartmouth. I booked this hotel because it was the closest hotel to my daughter's collegethat had a pool and fitness room. When I booked the hotel it confirmed access to the pool and to the fitness room. But when I got there, I was told that the pool was only open Friday - Sunday. I felt that should have been something that should have been expressed upon booking when I specifically reached out to confirm there was pool access. When I……

“The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice……

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“Our stay was SPECTACULAR!!!! The staff were wonderful. The room was perfect. Pool was great. Inn is so close to everything. Continental breakfast certainly a plus. We will absolutely be back and tell our friends that it is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Falmouth.”
