“Stayed 1 night and everything was fine. TV could be a bit bigger. Great breakfast at Marshlands 1 mile south on 3A.”

“The rooms are clean enough, clearly well-maintained and some are new. Beds were clean and fresh, as was bedding. The problem here wasn't labor or care. The bedding and bed were both poor quality. When other reviews say the walls were thin, listen. You could hear the televisions of other guests on different floors. It was nearly impossible to sleep. If a hotel has one job above every other job, it's giving you a place to sleep. This one failed there.”

“Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the room was spotless and comfortable. I liked the breakfasts, especially the egg and cheese omelets. You also have ready access to picturesque areas of MA such as Sharon. Highly recommend this place.”

“Not what it used to be a few years ago when we had a great long weekend. The guest they allow here trash the outside and is not being maintained. They shouldn’t be pet friendly. The outside stank of dog poop which you could see! And the 1st flr hallway smelled of wet dog mixed with cigarets. Also, someone left their dog by itself in the hallway one night. From the inside of the room you can hear EVERYTHING! Same thing from outside the room. This is what ruined our stay.”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”
