“The hotel has not received the money transferred from your platform to the hotel, the hotel will not let me stay, and I will never book a hotel from your platform again! Gave me a lot of trouble! so terrible!”

“Really cute boutique hotel. Walking distance to Plymouth Park and town. Plenty of good restaurants, shops, and historical sites all around. It is near a school, but I didn’t anything until the end of school day when the buses were there. Only really noticed because I was outside. Would love to stay again.”

“the first room i was put in had an odor, the owner i believe, mr patel moved me to a room with new carpet and 2 queen beds and that cured the smell. the whole left side of the bed closest to the tv had collapsed springs so u could not sleep on it, u had to use the other one. the bathroom floor around the toilet was covered with black specs.”
