“The staff couldn’t of been more helpful & friendly, did everything they could for us, to make our stay enjoyable We had booked the Classic room (with 2 rooms) it was not stated we had to go down 3 flights of stairs to the toilet/shower room, which we didn’t expected to be going down flights of stairs in the middle of the night - the auto light sensor - doesn’t click in until you are near enough at the top of the first flight of stairs when you leave the toilet/shower room so in total darkness……

“Culloden is a very pretty spot but service was a bit uneven. Front desk was terrific and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dining fell short. Long waits and relatively poor quality was out of character with the rest of the property. We stayed two nights and would stay again as its rooms and natural beauty are terrific. The free breakfast was a case of getting what you pay for and the Cultra Inn was very disappointing. We did not try the Spa.”

“We had 3 rooms booked for a special Titanic birthday weekend Unfortunately there had been flood water damage in the rooms - we were not notified til we got there that they could not accommodate us and we were relocated to the Marriott hotel - Couldn't;t do enough for us - complimentary cocktails 1 round - all transfers paid for but we felt we missed out on the luxury theme boutique hotel. Ruben on reception deserves a special mention for customer service.”

“Excellent hotel room 268 studio style . Clean and very comfortable bed. Loved the view of the marina. Hotel was very easy to get to with public transport the glider stop was just outside . Breakfast was very nice and it was well organized and enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay . Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Nice stay”
