Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the best of any hotel we've stayed at. Location was pretty good for activities in downtown area. Room was very nice: good size, nice shower. The Knickerbocker on the Lake
Could not tell you anything about this place didn't stay there and could get ahold of anybody to cancel, so got charged for 2 days not staying there
