"I stayed in an oceanview room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony was not clean enough for the amount charged per night. It looked dirty and somewhat neglected, which was disappointing considering the price of the room."

"The property itself was amazing. I would have haven it 5 stars, but the valet staff wasn’t as good. Pulled up to the hotel and was informed to park on the side as they helped other cars before us. Took them about 5mins to help us. Other than that it was a great experience got a free upgrade because of my Expedia status."

"When we arrived we were told to move our vehicle across the street to the parking garage and could not get luggage out first. Absolutely no help with getting luggage to the reception desk, no signs on what elevator to take, an absolute cluster. The couch in the room was worn/torn, s stain on the comforter in the bedroom. Shower very grungy. In the stairwell they have the floor number written on the wall with a marker that looks like a 1st grader wrote. I didn't use any amenities and didn't even use the shower and left the next morning."

"Upon check in, my toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no water going into the back chamber. We called down to the front desk 5 times without any response. I even went down to the front desk in person… still no assistance. I had to call Hyatt’s corporate number to get any help. Other than that, the hotel was fine."

"Stayed at citizenM Miami Worldcenter for a concert weekend and the location was perfect — super convenient and close to everything we needed. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, but we expected that and it was manageable for a short stay. The hotel was modern, clean, and had a nice vibe overall. One downside was the refrigerator. It had a mini fridge but no freezer, and it didn’t get cold enough to really chill our drinks before heading out to an outdoor concert in the Miami heat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again for the location alone."
